ABOUT IMC

What is IMC?

IMC is an acronym for Infantry Melee Weapon Combatives.

IMC is a comprehensive self-defense program that blends Historical European Martial Arts (HEMA), modern military tactics, and insights from contemporary crime and violence. At its core, IMC focuses on five essential melee weapons, each one designed to prepare participants for real-world combat scenarios. The combat mindset serves as the sixth critical tool, enabling individuals to face both physical and mental challenges with confidence and clarity.

Focused Mission for IMC

“Before embarking on the mission, one must first understand the foundation that drives every step forward.”

The mission of our IMC program is to provide participants with combat-tested skills, tactics, and the mental toughness necessary for real-life dangerous altercations and crisis situations.

Vision Statement:

Before envisioning the future, one must first grasp the direction that shapes the path ahead.

Our vision is to be a trusted provider of innovative, realistic self-defense training that prepares individuals for dangerous altercations and crisis situations. By integrating the wisdom of Historical European Martial Arts (HEMA) with modern combat strategies, we aim to equip people with the skills they need to stay safe and secure in an unpredictable world.
